VENTURES

Builder studio.

We build companies and products — for ourselves, with partners, and occasionally for clients who want to ship something new. Several ventures currently in stealth, across multiple sectors.

How we build.

Our ventures share an operating logic. We don't pitch decks. We ship v1s. We measure. We iterate. We kill what doesn't work and double down on what does.

01 —

Build for ourselves first.

Most of our ventures start as internal tools or operations we needed for our own work. If it works for us, we productize. If it doesn't, we kill it. No theater, no roadmaps with happy paths only.

02 —

Operate, don't deliver.

We don't run ventures like an agency. We run them like operators. Weekly cadence, full ownership of the P&L, hands inside the product. We hire, fire, ship, and exit.

03 —

Stay AI-native at the core.

Every venture we build runs an AI-native stack from day one. Not 'AI features added later'. The agents are part of the team — handling support, analysis, content production, sourcing, monitoring. This is what lets a small team operate ventures that historically required a 30-person org.

What's in build.

Two ventures are currently in active build, both in stealth. We don't disclose details publicly until we're ready to ship.

Venture #1

BPO infrastructure.

A full-stack offshore BPO operation covering customer support, sales operations, recruitment ops, and back-office functions. Built on the operational architecture we deployed across previous mandates. AI-native by design — agents handle screening, qualification, and quality monitoring at scale. Currently operating internally; commercial launch decided once unit economics are proven.

Venture #2

B2C marketing platform.

A vertical SaaS platform serving the B2C digital marketing space, with a focus on email marketing automation for niche operator-led businesses. AI-native content generation, full-funnel attribution, and operator workflows built for solo founders and small teams. Currently in production with paying customers; expansion roadmap in progress.

A third internal stack — our own AI agent platform — powers the operations of both ventures and our advisory work. It's not a product. It's how we work.

Why ventures.

Most advisory firms sell expertise they no longer practice. The partners stopped operating in the field a decade ago and now sell what they remember.

We do the opposite. The ventures keep us sharp. They force us to ship under our own constraints, with our own money on the line, against our own KPIs. Everything we tell a client about scaling, cost-killing, externalizing, or industrializing — we're doing it ourselves, in real time, in our own ventures.

When we sit on your team, we bring back what we just learned shipping our own work, not what we read in a book.

We step in. We solve. We exit when the system runs without us.
