FABEXS is a builder firm based in Paris. We work with founders, CEOs, and operators who'd rather hear the truth than the pitch.
What we are.
A builder firm. Operators, not consultants. Pirates, not mercenaries. We sit inside teams, ship hard things, and exit when the system runs without us.
We work primarily with European companies between €5M and €200M in revenue, in moments where the operating system is under stress — growth that outpaces structure, costs that drift, transformations that stall, industrialization that breaks.
We do two things: we operate (advisory + interim management), and we build (ventures studio). Both feed each other. The ventures keep us operationally sharp. The advisory keeps us paid and embedded in real businesses.
The founder.
Fabien Leblanc. Founder & CEO. Operator since 2018 — first as an early hire and customer success lead at a B2B SaaS startup (Tier-1 retail and food brands as clients), then as Head of Strategy & Performance at a mid-market automotive operator he scaled from €4M to €13M in 24 months, deploying a 40-ETP offshore architecture and 400+ remote operators across 10 African countries. 12 years of operational leadership since 2014 — first in student governance (president of one of France's largest student federations), then in B2B SaaS, then in scale-up automotive. Founded FABEXS to make available to other companies what he had built and operated for years internally: industrial-grade operating discipline, AI-native execution, and the willingness to sit inside a team until the work is done.
The team.
We're a deliberately small team. Operators, builders, and a fleet of AI agents that handle the mechanical work. We grow by deepening, not widening — adding senior operators when a mandate requires specific expertise, not generic juniors who learn on the client's dime.
We work remote-first across Europe and Francophone Africa, with weekly cadences and a Paris HQ for in-person work when it matters.
